Water is an essential resource for Myanmar’s agricultural MSMEs, yet many struggle with inefficient water use, leading to increased operational costs and uncultivated land. Challenges such as limited awareness of water-saving technologies, high upfront investment costs, and a lack of technical expertise have slowed the adoption of sustainable water management practices.
Investments in water efficiency technologies, such as drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation empower  agricultural and other businesses to lower water consumption, cut costs, and achieve greater sustainability.
RBF+ is inviting Agricultural MSMEs interested in investing in Water Efficiency technologies to benefit from RBF+ grant support up to MMK 200 million per project.
